أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي نَصْرٍ الْمُزَكِّي بِمَرْوَ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَوْحٍ الْمَدَائِنِيُّ ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَنْبَأَ صَدَقَةُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ بَابَنُوسَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الدَّوَاوِينُ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَعْبَأُ اللَّهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَدِيوَانٌ لَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَغْفِرُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَالْإِشْرَاكُ بِاللَّهِ ﷻ قَالَ اللَّهُ ﷻ {إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَغْفِرُ أَنْ يُشْرَكَ بِهِ وَيَغْفِرُ مَا دُونَ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ} [النساء 48] وَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَعْبَأُ اللَّهُ بِهِ شَيْئًا قَطُّ فَظُلْمُ الْعَبْدِ نَفْسَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ رَبِّهِ وَأَمَّا الدِّيوَانُ الَّذِي لَا يَتْرُكُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا فَمَظَالِمُ الْعِبَادِ بَيْنَهُمُ الْقِصَاصُ لَا مَحَالَةَ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» صدقة ضعفوه وابن بابنوس فيه جهالة
English Translation
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat 'A'isha (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The registers are three: a register from which Allah will not forgive anything, a register which Allah does not care about at all, and a register from which Allah will not leave anything. As for the register from which Allah will not forgive anything, it is associating partners with Allah the Exalted. Allah the Exalted said: {Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, and He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills} [al-Nisa': 48]. As for the register which Allah does not care about at all, it is a servant's wronging himself in what is between him and his Lord. As for the register from which Allah will not leave anything, it is the wrongs of servants against one another — retribution will certainly take place." This hadith has a sound chain of narration and they did not record it. Sadaqa was weakened by scholars and Ibn Babanus has some obscurity.
Urdu Translation
اُمّ المؤمنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «دیوان تین ہیں: ایک دیوان جس میں سے اللہ کچھ نہیں بخشے گا، ایک دیوان جس کی اللہ کو کوئی پرواہ نہیں، اور ایک دیوان جس میں سے اللہ کچھ نہیں چھوڑے گا۔ جس دیوان میں سے اللہ کچھ نہیں بخشے گا وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ شرک ہے — اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا: {بے شک اللہ شرک نہیں بخشتا اور اس کے سوا جسے چاہے بخش دیتا ہے} [النساء: 48]۔ جس دیوان کی اللہ کو بالکل پرواہ نہیں وہ بندے کا اپنے اوپر ظلم ہے جو اُس کے اور اُس کے رب کے درمیان ہے۔ اور جس دیوان میں سے اللہ کچھ نہیں چھوڑے گا وہ بندوں کے آپسی مظالم ہیں — اُن کا قصاص ضرور ہوگا۔» یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اور انہوں نے اسے روایت نہیں کیا۔
