وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنْبَأَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ كَثِيرَ بْنَ فَرْقَدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ نَافِعًا حَدَّثَهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَإِنَّ لَهُ ثُنْيَاهُ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ هَكَذَا» صحيح
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated from the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "Whoever swears an oath and then says 'In sha' Allah (If Allah wills),' he has his exception." This is a hadith with an authentic chain of transmission, though neither [al-Bukhari nor Muslim] recorded it in this manner. [Authentic].
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «جس نے قسم کھائی پھر ان شاء اللہ (اگر اللہ نے چاہا) کہا تو اس کے لیے اس کا استثنیٰ ہے۔» یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے مگر انہوں نے اسے اس طرح روایت نہیں کیا۔ صحیح۔
