حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا تَجُوزُ فِي النَّذْرِ الْعَوْرَاءُ وَالْعَجْفَاءُ وَالْجَرْبَاءُ وَالْمُصْطَلِمَةُ أَطْبَاؤُهَا كُلُّهَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ علي بن عاصم ضعفوه
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'The one-eyed, the emaciated, the mangy, and the one whose udders have all been cut off are not acceptable for a vow [i.e., as a sacrificial offering].' This is a hadith with a sound chain of narration, and they [al-Bukhari and Muslim] did not record it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: «نذر میں کانی، لاغر، خارشی اور تمام تھنوں کٹی ہوئی جائز نہیں ہے۔» یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے اور انہوں نے اسے روایت نہیں کیا۔
