حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَشْعَثِ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ «بَايَعْنَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَلَى أَنْ لَا نَخَافَ فِي اللَّهِ لَوْمَةَ لَائِمٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
English Translation
Ali ibn Hamshad al-Adl narrated to us, Hisham ibn Ali narrated to us, Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Shayban narrated to us from Qatada, from Sulayman al-Yashkuri, from Abu al-Ash'ath, from Hadrat Ubada ibn al-Samit (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: "We pledged allegiance to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that we would not fear, in the cause of Allah, the blame of any blamer." This hadith is sound according to the condition of both Sheikhs (al-Bukhari and Muslim).
Urdu Translation
علی بن حمشاذ عدل نے ہمیں بیان کیا، ہشام بن علی نے ہمیں بیان کیا، حسین بن محمد نے ہمیں بیان کیا، شیبان نے قتادہ سے، سلیمان یشکری سے، ابو الاشعث سے، حضرت عبادہ بن الصامت رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کیا، فرمایا: «ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے بیعت کی کہ ہم اللہ کے راستے میں کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت سے نہیں ڈریں گے۔» یہ شرط شیخین (بخاری و مسلم) پر صحیح حدیث ہے۔
