أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ السُّنِّيُّ بِمَرْوَ ثنا أَبُو الْمُوَجِّهِ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدَانُ أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَمْزَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ «مَنْ حَدَّثَكَ مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ مَا عَذَابُ يَوْمِ الظُّلَّةِ فَكَذِّبْهُ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
English Translation
Narrated from Hadrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) who said: 'Whoever among the scholars tells you what the punishment of the Day of the Overshadowing (yawm al-zullah) was, then consider him a liar.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: علماء میں سے جو تمہیں بتائے کہ یوم الظلہ (سائے کے دن) کا عذاب کیا تھا، تو اسے جھٹلاؤ۔
