أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ {وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَى وَمَا هُمْ بِسُكَارَى وَلَكِنَّ عَذَابَ اللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ} [الحج 2]
English Translation
Hadrat 'Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to recite: 'And you will see the people intoxicated while they are not intoxicated, but the punishment of Allah is severe' (al-Hajj: 2).
Urdu Translation
حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے: حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم 'اور تم لوگوں کو نشے میں دیکھو گے حالانکہ وہ نشے میں نہیں ہوں گے لیکن اللہ کا عذاب سخت ہے' (الحج: 2) تلاوت فرمایا کرتے تھے۔
