أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ الْجَعْفَرِيُّ أَنْبَأَ حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْقِصَاصِ» عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُعلى شرط البخاري ومسلم
English Translation
Hadrat Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ruled with Qisas (retaliation in kind). This meets the condition of the two Shaykhs and they did not report it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے قصاص کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔ یہ شیخین کی شرط پر ہے اور انہوں نے اسے روایت نہیں کیا۔
