Arabic (Original)
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" جُرْحُ الْعَجْمَاءِ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ "
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The wound caused by an animal is without liability, the well (if someone falls in) is without liability, the mine (if someone is harmed working in it) is without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) one-fifth is due."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "جانور کا زخم بے تاوان ہے، کنواں (اگر کوئی گرے) بے تاوان ہے، کان (اگر کوئی نقصان ہو) بے تاوان ہے، اور دفینے (رکاز) میں پانچواں حصہ (خمس) ہے۔"
