أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ، حَدَّثَنَا غَالِبٌ الْقَطَّانُ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّانُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شِدَّةِ الْحَرِّ، فَإِذَا لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَحَدُنَا أَنْ يُمَكِّنَ جَبْهَتَهُ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ، بَسَطَ ثَوْبَهُ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ "
English Translation
Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated: "We used to pray with the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in severe heat. When one of us could not place his forehead firmly on the ground (due to the heat), he would spread his garment and prostrate on it."
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے: "ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ شدید گرمی میں نماز پڑھتے تھے۔ جب ہم میں سے کوئی اپنی پیشانی (گرمی کی وجہ سے) زمین پر نہیں رکھ سکتا تو اپنا کپڑا بچھا کر اس پر سجدہ کرتا۔"
