أَخْبَرَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ الَّتِي ارْتِيبَ بِهَا" تَرَبَّصُ سَنَةً، فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا تَرَبَّصَتْ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ السَّنَةِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَشْهُرٍ، فَإِنْ حَاضَتْ وَإِلَّا فَقَدْ انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا "
English Translation
Hasan al-Basri said regarding a divorced woman about whom there is doubt (about her menstruation): "She waits for one year. If she menstruates (well and good), otherwise she waits three months after the year ends. If she menstruates (well and good), otherwise her waiting period has ended."
Urdu Translation
حسن بصری نے اس مطلقہ عورت کے بارے میں فرمایا جس کے حیض میں شبہ ہو: وہ ایک سال انتظار کرے۔ اگر حیض آئے (تو ٹھیک)، ورنہ سال گزرنے کے بعد تین ماہ مزید انتظار کرے۔ اگر حیض آئے (تو ٹھیک)، ورنہ اس کی عدت پوری ہو گئی۔
