حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْبَيْعِ الْوَلَاءِ، وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ "
English Translation
Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prohibited the selling of patronage and the gifting of it.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ولاء بیچنے اور ہبہ کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
