حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنْ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" قَضَى بِمِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّهِ كُلِّهِ، لِمَا لَقِيَتْ فِيهِ مِنْ الْعَنَاءِ "
English Translation
Hadrat Amr ibn Shu'aib narrated that the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) ruled that the entire inheritance of the child of the woman who has undergone mutual cursing (li'an) goes to his mother, because of the hardship she endured on his account.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فیصلہ فرمایا کہ ابن ملاعنہ کی پوری میراث اس کی ماں کو ملے گی، اس مشقت کے سبب جو اس نے اس کی وجہ سے اٹھائی۔
