حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" ابْنُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ مِثْلُ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا، تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ، وَوَرَثَتُهُ، وَرَثَةُ أُمِّهِ "
English Translation
Al-Hasan stated: "The child of the woman who has undergone mutual cursing (li'an) is like the child born of fornication — his mother inherits from him, and his heirs are the heirs of his mother."
Urdu Translation
حسن بصری نے فرمایا: "ابن ملاعنہ ولد الزنا جیسا ہے — اس کی ماں اس سے وراثت پائے گی، اور اس کے وارث اس کی ماں کے وارث ہوں گے۔"
