أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادٌ هُوَ : ابْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ شَهْرَ بْنَ حَوْشَبٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" الْعَجْوَةُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَهِيَ شِفَاءٌ مِنَ السُّمِّ "
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The Ajwah date is from Paradise, and it is a cure for poison."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "عجوہ کھجور جنت سے ہے اور یہ زہر کی شفا ہے۔"
