حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ هُوَ ابْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ يُونُسَ ، وَحُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ، وَيُعْطِي عَلَيْهِ مَا لَا يُعْطِي عَلَى الْعُنْفِ "
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah bin Mughaffal (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'Indeed, Allah is Gentle and loves gentleness. He grants through gentleness what He does not grant through harshness.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن مغفل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: 'بے شک اللہ نرم ہے اور نرمی کو پسند فرماتا ہے۔ نرمی کے ذریعے وہ دیتا ہے جو سختی سے نہیں دیتا۔'
