أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " يَا كَعْبُ بْنَ عُجْرَةَ،إِنَّهُ لَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّةَ لَحْمٌ نَبَتَ مِنَ سُحْتٍ "
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with them) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'O Ka'b bin Ujrah! No flesh that was nourished from unlawful earnings will enter Paradise. The Fire is more deserving of it. O Ka'b bin Ujrah! People set out in the morning — some sell themselves and free themselves (by obeying Allah), and some sell themselves and destroy themselves (by disobeying Allah).'
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: 'اے کعب بن عجرہ! حرام سے پلا ہوا گوشت جنت میں داخل نہیں ہوگا، آگ اس کی زیادہ حقدار ہے۔ اے کعب بن عجرہ! لوگ صبح نکلتے ہیں — کچھ اپنے آپ کو بیچ کر آزاد کرتے ہیں (اللہ کی اطاعت سے) اور کچھ اپنے آپ کو بیچ کر ہلاک کرتے ہیں (اللہ کی نافرمانی سے)۔'
