أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مُقَامُ الرَّجُلِ فِي الصَّفِّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، أَفْضَلُ مِنْ عِبَادَةِ الرَّجُلِ سِتِّينَ سَنَةً "
English Translation
Hadrat Imran ibn Husain (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "A man's standing in the battle rank in the path of Allah is better than sixty years of worship."
Urdu Translation
حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "اللہ کی راہ میں صف میں کھڑا ہونا ساٹھ سال کی عبادت سے افضل ہے۔"
