أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالسَّائِمَةُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ "
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated from the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: "The mine is without liability, the grazing animal is without liability, and the well is without liability. And in buried treasure (rikaz) is one fifth."
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "کان ہدر ہے، چرنے والا جانور ہدر ہے، کنواں ہدر ہے، اور رکاز (دفینے) میں پانچواں حصہ ہے۔"
