أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، وُمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، أَنَّ خَنْسَاءَ بِنْتَ خِذَامٍ زَوَّجَهَا أَبُوهَا وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ، فَكَرِهَتْ ذَلِكَ، فَأَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا "
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abdur Rahman and Mujammi', sons of Yazid ibn Jariyah (may Allah be well pleased with them), that Hadrat Khansa bint Khidham (may Allah be well pleased with her) was married off by her father while she was a previously married woman, and she disliked that. She came to the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), and he annulled her marriage.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبدالرحمن اور مجمع ابنائے یزید بن جاریہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہم سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت خنساء بنت خذام رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کا نکاح ان کے والد نے کر دیا حالانکہ وہ ثیبہ تھیں، تو انہیں یہ ناپسند ہوا۔ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں تو آپ نے ان کا نکاح فسخ فرما دیا۔
