وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ آيَةُ اَلْمُنَافِقِ ثَلَاثٌ: إِذَا حَدَّثَ كَذَبَ, وَإِذَا وَعَدَ أَخْلَفَ, وَإِذَا ائْتُمِنَ خَانَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ. 1 .1 - صحيح. رواه البخاري (33)، ومسلم (59) (107).
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated:“There are three signs of a hypocrite: when he speaks, he tells lies; when he makes a promise, he breaks it; and when he is entrusted, he betrays his trust.” Agreed upon.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "منافق کی تین نشانیاں ہیں: جب بات کرے تو جھوٹ بولے، جب وعدہ کرے تو خلاف ورزی کرے، اور جب امانت رکھی جائے تو خیانت کرے"۔ متفق علیہ۔
