Arabic (Original)
وَرَوَاهُ اَلْبَيْهَقِيُّ: عَنْ عَلِيٍّ - رضى الله عنه - (مِنْ) قَوْلِهِ بِلَفْظِ: { ادْرَأُوا اَلْحُدُودَ بِالشُّبُهَاتِ } 11 - ضعيف جدا أيضا. رواه البيهقي (838).
English Translation
Al-Baihaqi transmitted on the authority of Hadrat 'Ali (RAA) that he said, 'Avert the prescribed punishment by rejecting doubtful evidence.'
Urdu Translation
بیہقی نے حضرت علی المرتضیٰ کرّم اللہ تعالیٰ وجہہ الکریم سے ان کا قول نقل کیا ہے کہ: "شبہات کی وجہ سے حدود کو ٹال دو"۔
