وَلِلْحَارِثِ اِبْنِ أَبِي أُسَامَةَ : مِنْ حَدِيثِ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ اَلصَّامِتِ رَفَعَهُ : { لَا يَجُوزُ اَللَّعِبُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ : اَلطَّلَاقُ , وَالنِّكَاحُ , وَالْعِتَاقُ , فَمَنْ قَالَهُنَّ فَقَدَ وَجَبْنَ } وَسَنَدُهُ ضَعِيفٌ 1 .1 - انظر ما قبله . وفي " الأصل " تفصيل لطرق وشواهد الحديث.
English Translation
Hadrat al-Harith bin Abu Hadrat Usamah reported from the Hadith of Hadrat 'Ubadah bin as-Samit [RA) - tracing it to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him):"It is not permissible to play in three things: divorce, marriage and emancipation. Therefore, whoever pronounce (either of) them, they certainly become binding." .
Urdu Translation
حارث بن ابی اسامہ نے حضرت عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مرفوعاً روایت کیا ہے: تین چیزوں میں مذاق جائز نہیں: طلاق، نکاح اور آزادی۔ جو ان کا اقرار کرے وہ واجب ہو جاتی ہیں۔ اس کی سند ضعیف ہے۔
