English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The area between the two rocky tracts of Madinah has been declared a sanctuary on my tongue." He added: The Prophet (peace be upon him) went to Banu Harithah and said: "I thought you were outside the sanctuary." Then he looked around and said: "No, you are within the sanctuary."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”مدینہ کے دونوں پتھریلے کناروں کے درمیان جو زمین ہے وہ میری زبان پر حرم ٹھہرائی گئی۔“(مزید) کہتے ہیں کہ نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمقبیلہ بنی حارثہ کے پاس تشریف لے گئے تو فرمایا:”میں خیال کرتا ہوں کہ تم لوگ حرم سے باہر ہو گئے ہو۔“پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے ادھر ادھر دیکھا اور فرمایا:”نہیں! تم حرم کے اندر ہو۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 903]
