English Translation
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote for him the obligations of Zakah as commanded by the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), including: "When two partners own livestock together, they should settle accounts equally after paying their Zakah."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان کی ہدایت کے لیے وہ باتیں جو رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے زکوٰۃ کے بارے میں فرض کی تھیں لکھوا دیں (اس میں یہ مضمون بھی تھا) کہ جو مال دو شراکت داروں کا ہو وہ دونوں زکوٰۃ دینے کے بعد آپس میں برابر برابر سمجھ لیں۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 734]
