English Translation
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "When any one of you dies, he is shown his place (in the Hereafter) every morning and evening. If he is among the people of Jannah, he is shown a place in Jannah, and if he is among the people of Hellfire, he is shown a place in Hellfire. He is told: 'This is your place, until Allah resurrects you on the Day of Resurrection.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جب کوئی شخص تم میں سے مر جاتا ہے تو ہر صبح و شام اسے اس کا مقام دکھایا جاتا ہے، اگر وہ اہل جنت میں سے ہے تو جنت کے مقامات میں سے اور اگر اہل دوزخ میں سے ہے تو دوزخ کے مقامات میں سے۔ اس کے بعد اس سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن جب تجھے اٹھائے گا تو یہی تیرا مقام ہو گا (جس میں تو داخل ہو گا)۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 694]
