English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "If you say to your companion 'Be quiet' while the imam is delivering the Friday khutbah, you have engaged in idle talk."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا ہے:”اگر جمعہ کے دن جب امام خطبہ دے رہا ہو اور تو اپنے پاس والے سے یہ کہے کہ چپ رہ تو بیشک تو نے لغو حرکت کی۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 520]
