English Translation
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'When the edge of the sun appears, delay prayer until it has fully risen. And when the edge of the sun begins to set, delay prayer until it has fully set.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا ہے کہ جب آفتاب کا کنارا نکل آئے تو نماز موقوف کر دو یہاں تک کہ آفتاب بلند ہو جائے اور جب آفتاب کا کنارا چھپ جائے تو نماز موقوف کر دو یہاں تک کہ (پورا آفتاب) چھپ جائے۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 359]
