English Translation
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "When the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered the Ka'bah, he made supplication in all its corners but did not pray inside it until he came out. When he came out, he prayed two rak'ahs facing the Ka'bah and said: 'This is the qiblah.'"
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیںجب نبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکعبہ میں داخل ہوئے تو اس کے تمام گوشوں میں دعا کی اور نماز نہیں پڑھی یہاں تک کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکعبہ سے نکل آئے، پھر جب نکل آئے تو آپ کے کعبہ کے سامنے دو رکعت نماز پڑھی اور فرمایا کہ یہ قبلہ ہے۔[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 259]
