English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard Abu al-Qasim (peace be upon him) say: "Whoever falsely accuses his slave, while he (the slave) is innocent of that (accusation), will be lashed on the Day of Resurrection, unless it was as he (the master) said (that is, unless the slave had indeed committed fornication)."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیںمیں نے ابوالقاسمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمسے سنا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمفرماتے تھے:”جس نے اپنے غلام کو تہمت لگائی اور وہ (غلام) اس (تہمت) سے بری ہے تو اس (آقا) کو قیامت کے دن درے لگائے جائیں گے الا یہ کہ ویسا ہی ہو جیسا کہ اس نے (یعنی آقا نے) کہا تھا (یعنی واقعی اس غلام نے زنا کیا ہو)۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2167]
