English Translation
It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and asked: Who is most deserving of my kindness and good treatment? He (peace be upon him) said: "Your mother." He asked again: And after that? He (peace be upon him) said: "Again, your mother." He asked a fourth time: And after that? So he (peace be upon him) said: "Then your father."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہایک شخص رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکے پاس آیا اور دریافت کیا کہ میری بھلائی اور حسن معاملہ کا سب سے زیادہ مستحق کون ہے؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”تیری ماں“۔ اس نے پھر پوچھا کہ اس کے بعد؟ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”پھر بھی تیری ماں“۔ اس نے چوتھی مرتبہ پوچھا کہ اس کے بعد؟ تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”پھر تیرا باپ۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 2007]
