English Translation
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Two men came from Najd. They addressed the people, and the people were astonished at their eloquent manner of speech. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Some speeches are full of magic," or he said: "Some speech and oratory is (like) magic."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہنجد سے دو شخص آئے، انھوں نے لوگوں کو خطاب کیا تو لوگ ان کے انداز بیان سے ششد رہ گئے۔ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”بعض تقریریں جادو بھری ہوتی ہیں۔“یا یہ فرمایا:”بعض تقریر اور بیان جادو (کی مانند) ہوتے ہیں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1980]
