English Translation
In one report, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I do not know that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ever ate from small dishes (bowls or plates), or ever ate thin bread, or ever ate at a table."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ ہی ایک روایت میں کہتے ہیں کہمیں نہیں جانتا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے کبھی چھوٹی چھوٹی رکابیوں (پیالیوں، ڈشوں یا پلیٹوں) میں کھایا ہو یا پتلی روٹی کبھی کھائی ہو یا کبھی (کھانے کی) میز پر کھایا ہو۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1891]
