English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "I do not give you anything nor withhold anything from you. I am only a distributor; I place things where I am commanded to place them."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”نہ میں تمہیں (کچھ) دیتا ہوں اور نہ تم سے روکتا ہوں، میں تو تقسیم کرنے والا ہوں، جہاں مجھے حکم دیا جاتا ہے میں صرف کر دیتا ہوں۔“[مختصر صحيح بخاري/حدیث: 1324]
