حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا مِنَ الأَنْبِيَاءِ نَبِيٌّ إِلاَّ أُعْطِيَ مِنَ الآيَاتِ مَا مِثْلُهُ أُومِنَ ـ أَوْ آمَنَ ـ عَلَيْهِ الْبَشَرُ، وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ الَّذِي أُوتِيتُ وَحْيًا أَوْحَاهُ اللَّهُ إِلَىَّ، فَأَرْجُو أَنِّي أَكْثَرُهُمْ تَابِعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ".
English Translation
Abd al-Aziz bin Abdullah al-Uwaysi narrated to us, he said al-Layth bin Sa'd narrated to us, from Sa'id bin Abi Sa'id, from his father, from Hadrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be well pleased with him), who narrated that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) declared: "There is no prophet among the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)s who was not granted such signs (miracles) on account of which people believed. And the greatest miracle granted to me is the Divine Revelation (the Noble Qur'an) which Allah the Exalted revealed to me. Therefore, I have hope that my followers will be the most numerous among all the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)s on the Day of Resurrection."
Urdu Translation
ہم سے عبدالعزیز بن عبداللہ اویسی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید بن ابی سعید نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "انبیاء علیہم السلام میں سے کوئی نبی ایسے نہیں جنہیں ایسی نشانیاں (معجزات) نہ عطا کی گئی ہوں جن کی بنا پر لوگ ایمان لائے۔ اور مجھے جو عظیم ترین معجزہ عطا کیا گیا وہ وحی (قرآن مجید) ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ نے میری طرف نازل فرمایا۔ پس مجھے امید ہے کہ قیامت کے دن میرے تابعداروں کی تعداد تمام انبیاء سے زیادہ ہو گی۔"
