Arabic (Original)
وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ صُعَيْرٍ، وَكَانَ النَّبِيُّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ مَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ.
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah bin Tha'labah bin Su'ayr (may Allah be well pleased with him) — whose face the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had wiped with his blessed hand during the year of the Conquest — (this narration relates to the Pledge of Ridwan and the Conquest of Makkah).
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن ثعلبہ بن صعیر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے — جن کے چہرے پر نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فتح کے سال ہاتھ مبارک پھیرا تھا — (یہ بیعت رضوان اور فتح مکہ کے حوالے سے روایت ہے)۔
