حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، أَنَّ سُوَيْدَ بْنَ النُّعْمَانِ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ، خَرَجَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَامَ خَيْبَرَ، حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالصَّهْبَاءِ ـ وَهْىَ مِنْ أَدْنَى خَيْبَرَ ـ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِالأَزْوَادِ فَلَمْ يُؤْتَ إِلاَّ بِالسَّوِيقِ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَثُرِّيَ، فَأَكَلَ وَأَكَلْنَا، ثُمَّ قَامَ إِلَى الْمَغْرِبِ، فَمَضْمَضَ وَمَضْمَضْنَا، ثُمَّ صَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ.
English Translation
Hadrat Suwayd bin al-Nu'man (may Allah be well pleased with him) informed that he set out with the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) in the year of Khaybar. When they reached al-Sahba', which is in the lower part of Khaybar, the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) led the Asr prayer, then asked for provisions, but only Sawiq (parched barley) was brought. He ordered it to be moistened. He ate and they ate, then he stood for Maghrib, rinsed his mouth, and they rinsed theirs, then he led the prayer without performing new ablution.
Urdu Translation
حضرت سوید بن نعمان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ خیبر کے سال نکلے۔ جب ہم صہباء مقام پر پہنچے جو خیبر کے نشیب میں ہے تو آپ نے عصر کی نماز پڑھائی، پھر زاد راہ منگوایا تو صرف ستو لایا گیا۔ آپ نے حکم دیا تو اسے گھول دیا گیا۔ آپ نے تناول فرمایا اور ہم نے بھی تناول کیا، پھر مغرب کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے، کلی فرمائی اور ہم نے بھی کلی کی، پھر بغیر نیا وضو کیے نماز پڑھائی۔
