Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةُ بْنُ أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَعْطَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيْبَرَ الْيَهُودَ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوهَا وَيَزْرَعُوهَا وَلَهُمْ شَطْرُ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا.
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) gave the land of Khaybar to the Jews on the condition that they would work on it and cultivate it, and they would receive half of its produce.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے خیبر کی زمین یہودیوں کو اس شرط پر دی کہ وہ اس میں محنت کریں، کھیتی باڑی کریں، اور جو کچھ پیداوار ہو اس کا آدھا حصہ ان کا ہوگا۔
