Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ هُرْمُزَ الأَعْرَجَ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " نَحْنُ الآخِرُونَ السَّابِقُونَ ".
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Hurayra (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that he heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) say: We (the Muslim Ummah) are the last to come in the world but will be the foremost on the Day of Resurrection.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا: ہم (امّتِ محمدیہ) دنیا میں سب سے بعد میں آئے ہیں مگر (قیامت کے دن) سب سے آگے ہوں گے۔
