حَدَّثَنا يوسف بن موسى حَدَّثَنا جرير عن ليث عن زياد ولم ينسبه عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ للضيف على من نزل عليه ثلاث فما كان فوق فهو صدقة وعلى الضيف أن يرتحل لا يؤثم أهل منزله أبو ظبيان اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ للضيف على من نزل عليه ثلاث فما كان فوق فهو صدقة وعلى الضيف أن يرتحل لا يؤثم أهل منزله أبو ظبيان
English Translation
Yusuf ibn Musa narrated to us: Jarir narrated to us from Layth from Ziyad — he did not identify him further — from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The guest has the right of three days upon the one he stays with. Whatever is beyond that is charity. And the guest should move on, so as not to burden his host."
