حَدَّثَنا بشر بن معاذ العقدي حدثنا أبو همام محمد بن محبب حدثنا سعيد بن السائب الطائفي عن عَبْد الله بن يامين عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رسولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لصاحب الحق خذ حقك فِي عَفَافٍ وَافٍ أَوْ غَيْرِ وَافٍوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ إلاَّ عَبْد الله بن يامين وأحسبه طائفي
English Translation
Bishr ibn Mu'adh al-Aqdi narrated to us, Abu Hammam Muhammad ibn Muhabbab narrated to us, Sa'id ibn al-Sa'ib al-Ta'ifi narrated to us from Abdullah ibn Yamin from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who stated: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Let the one who has a right take his right, whether in full or not in full." This hadith is not known to have been narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) except by Abdullah ibn Yamin, and I believe he is from Ta'if.
