حَدَّثَنا علي بن الفضل الكرابيسي حَدَّثَنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عن طاوس وابن طاوس عن أبيه عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال أضل الله عن الجمعة من كان قبلنا وهدانا الله لها الناس لنا تبع لليهود يوم السبت وللنصارى يوم الأحدوهذا الحديثُ إنما رفعه ابن طاوس وحديث عمرو مرسلا لم يقل عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال أضل الله عن الجمعة من كان قبلنا وهدانا الله لها الناس لنا تبع لليهود يوم السبت وللنصارى يوم الأحدوهذا الحديثُ إنما رفعه ابن طاوس وحديث عمرو مرسلا لم يقل عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ
English Translation
Ali ibn al-Fadl al-Karabisi narrated to us, Sufyan ibn Uyainah narrated to us, from Amr ibn Dinar, from Tawus and Ibn Tawus, from his father, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Allah led astray from Friday those who came before us, and guided us to it. People follow us: for the Jews Saturday, and for the Christians Sunday.» This hadith — it was only raised (to the Prophet) by Ibn Tawus, while the hadith of Amr is mursal (disconnected), without saying 'from Abu Hurairah.'
