حَدَّثَنا محمد بن إسحاق البكائي حَدَّثَنا بكر بن عبد الرحمن حَدَّثَنا قيس عن عاصم وأبي حصين عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمسوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ وأبي حصين عن أبي صالح إلا قيس اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال المعدن جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمسوَهَذَا الحديثُ لاَ نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ وأبي حصين عن أبي صالح إلا قيس
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ishaq al-Buka'i narrated to us, Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman narrated to us, Qays narrated to us from Asim and Abu Husayn from Abu Salih from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «The mine is without liability, the well is without liability, and in buried treasure there is one-fifth.» This hadith -- we do not know anyone who narrated it from Asim and Abu Husayn from Abu Salih except Qays.
