حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن اللَّيْث الهدادي قَال حَدَّثنا خالد بن مخلد قَال حَدَّثنا يزيد بن عَبد الملك عَن دَاود بن فراهيج عَن أبي هُرَيرة أَنَّ النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ أكرموا المعزى وامسحوا رعامها فإنها من دواب الْجَنَّةَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَن دَاود عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ يزيد بن عَبد الملك النوفلي وليس هو بالحافظ وَإن كان قد روى عنه جماعة كثيرة اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قَالَ أكرموا المعزى وامسحوا رعامها فإنها من دواب الْجَنَّةَوَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَن دَاود عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ يزيد بن عَبد الملك النوفلي وليس هو بالحافظ وَإن كان قد روى عنه جماعة كثيرة
English Translation
Abu Kamil narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us from Suhayl from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «Whoever makes ablution and performs the ablution well, then goes out heading toward the mosque, and finds that the people have already prayed, Allah will give him a reward like the reward of the one who prayed and attended it, without diminishing anything from their reward.»
