English Translation
Muhammad ibn al-Muthanna narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, he said: Khalid narrated to us from Muhammad from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: «While a man was tending his cow, he mounted it and beat it. The cow said: 'We were not created for this; we were created for plowing.' The people exclaimed: 'Subhan Allah! A cow speaks?' The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'I believe in this, and Abu Bakr and Umar believe in it.' And while a man was among his sheep, a wolf attacked and took one of them. The man chased it until he retrieved it. The wolf said to him: 'Who will guard them on the day of the wild beast, the day when no shepherd other than me will be for them?' The people exclaimed: 'Subhan Allah! A wolf speaks?' The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: 'I believe in this, and Abu Bakr and Umar believe in it.'»
