حَدَّثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبد اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ قَال حَدَّثنا روح قَال حَدَّثنا ابن أبي حفصة عن عَمْرو عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال ما أذن الله لشيء كإذنه لنبي يتغنى بالقرآن أو كلمة نحوها وهذا الحديث أسنده الزُّهْرِيّ عَن أَبِي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة ولاَ نَعلم أسنده عَمْرو عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ ابن أبي حفصة ولاَ يحفظ عَن ابن أبي حفصة عن عَمْرو غير هذا الحديث عمر بن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِيه عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال ما أذن الله لشيء كإذنه لنبي يتغنى بالقرآن أو كلمة نحوها وهذا الحديث أسنده الزُّهْرِيّ عَن أَبِي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة ولاَ نَعلم أسنده عَمْرو عَن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ ابن أبي حفصة ولاَ يحفظ عَن ابن أبي حفصة عن عَمْرو غير هذا الحديث عمر بن أبي سَلَمَة عَن أَبِيه عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Abdullah ibn Ali narrated to us, he said: Rawh narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Hafsah narrated to us from Amr from Abu Salamah from Abu Salamah from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who stated: «Allah has not permitted anything as He permits a prophet who beautifies his voice with the Qur'an» -- or a similar expression. This hadith was connected by al-Zuhri from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah. We do not know anyone who connected it from Amr from Abu Salamah from Abu Hurairah except Ibn Abi Hafsah. No hadith is preserved from Ibn Abi Hafsah from Amr other than this one. Umar ibn Abi Salamah from his father from Abu Hurairah.
