حَدَّثنا أَحمد بْنُ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ سَيَّارٍ قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الله بن صالح قَال حَدَّثنا اللَّيْث عن زهرة بن معبد عن أبي صالح مولى عثمان بن عفان عن عثمان وأبي هُرَيرة عَن النَّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال من مات مرابطا في سبيل الله أجري عليه عمل الصائم وأجري عليه رزقه وأمن الفتان ويبعثه الله يوم القيامة آمنا من الفزع الأكبروَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ولاَ نَعلم رَوَى أَبُو صالح مولى عثمان عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ هذا الحديث واسم أبي صالح مولى عثمان الحارث أبو صالح مولى الجندعيين عَن أبي هُرَيرة اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم قال من مات مرابطا في سبيل الله أجري عليه عمل الصائم وأجري عليه رزقه وأمن الفتان ويبعثه الله يوم القيامة آمنا من الفزع الأكبروَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لاَ نعلمُهُ يُرْوَى عَن أَبِي هُرَيرة إلاَّ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ ولاَ نَعلم رَوَى أَبُو صالح مولى عثمان عَن أبي هُرَيرة إلاَّ هذا الحديث واسم أبي صالح مولى عثمان الحارث أبو صالح مولى الجندعيين عَن أبي هُرَيرة
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Mansur ibn Sayyar narrated to us saying: Abdullah ibn Salih narrated to us saying: Al-Laith narrated to us from Zahrah ibn Ma'bad from Abu Salih, the freed slave of Uthman ibn Affan, from Uthman and Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with them) from the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who said: «Whoever dies while stationed in the path of Allah, the deed of a fasting person will continue to be written for him, his provision will continue to reach him, he will be safe from the trials, and Allah will resurrect him on the Day of Resurrection secure from the greatest terror.» This hadith, we do not know it to be narrated from Abu Hurairah except from this route, and we do not know that Abu Salih, the freed slave of Uthman, narrated from Abu Hurairah except this hadith. The name of Abu Salih, the freed slave of Uthman, is al-Harith. Abu Salih, the freed slave of the Junda'iyin, also narrated from Abu Hurairah.
