وحَدَّثنا عَمْرو قَال حَدَّثنا يحيى قَال حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن عَجْلان عَن أَبِيه عَن أبي هُرَيرة وعَن أبي الزِّنَاد عَن الأَعرَج عَن أبي هُرَيرة قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لو أن رجلاً اطلع على جاره فخذف عينه لم يكن عليه شيء اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم لو أن رجلاً اطلع على جاره فخذف عينه لم يكن عليه شيء
English Translation
And Amr narrated to us, saying: Yahya narrated to us, saying: Muhammad ibn Ajlan narrated to us from his father from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him); and from Abu al-Zinad from al-Araj from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "If a man peeps into his neighbor's house and they poke out his eye, there is no liability upon them."
