حَدَّثنا أحمد بن منصور قَال حَدَّثنا ابن أبي مريم عَن يَحْيَى بن أيوب وَابن لهيعة عن عُقَيل يعمي ابن خالد عَن الزُّهْرِيّ عن قَبِيصَة بن ذؤيب وعروة بن الزبير وعبيد الله بن عَبد الله عَن أبي هُرَيرة قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَعَلَى خالتها صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَعَلَى خالتها
English Translation
Ahmad ibn Mansur narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Maryam narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Ayyub and Ibn Lahi'ah, from Uqayl — meaning Ibn Khalid — from al-Zuhri, from Qabisah ibn Dhu'ayb, and Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, and Ubayd Allah ibn Abdullah, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade that a woman be married along with her paternal aunt or along with her maternal aunt.
