حَدَّثنا مُحَمد بن مسكين قَال حَدَّثنا عَبد الله قَال حَدَّثنا اللَّيْث عن عُقَيل عَن ابن شِهاب عَن سَعِيد بن الْمُسَيَّب أن أبي هُرَيرة قال بينما نحن جلوس عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إذ قال بينا أنا قائم في الجنة فإذا امرأة توضأ إلى جانب قصر قلت لمن هذا القصر قالوا لعمر فذكرت غيرته فوليت مدبراقال الزُّهْرِيّ فبكى عُمَر قال عليك أغار يا رَسولَ اللهِ بأبي أنت وأمي عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيه وَسَلَّم إذ قال بينا أنا قائم في الجنة فإذا امرأة توضأ إلى جانب قصر قلت لمن هذا القصر قالوا لعمر فذكرت غيرته فوليت مدبراقال الزُّهْرِيّ فبكى عُمَر قال عليك أغار يا رَسولَ اللهِ بأبي أنت وأمي
English Translation
Muhammad ibn Miskin narrated to us, he said: Abdullah narrated to us, he said: al-Layth narrated to us, from Uqayl, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: While we were sitting with the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), he said: «While I was standing in Paradise, there was a woman performing ablution beside a palace. I asked: 'For whom is this palace?' They said: 'For Umar.' Then I remembered his jealousy, so I turned away.» Az-Zuhri said: Umar wept and said: "Would I be jealous against you, O Messenger of Allah? May my father and mother be your ransom!"
