حَدَّثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبد الرزَّاق أَخْبَرنا مَعْمَر عن ثابتٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded licking the fingers and the dish, and said: «You do not know in which part of your food the blessing is.»
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انگلیاں اور برتن چاٹنے کا حکم دیا، اور فرمایا: «تم نہیں جانتے کہ تمہارے کھانے کے کس حصے میں برکت ہے۔»
